The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Access to the apartment is usually from 4pm to allow time for cleaners to clean the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach and pool towels
The contents of the apartment are insured but your personal belongings are not. If this is required please make your own arrangements.
25% of rental cost is required with booking and is a non returnable deposit. Balance required strictly 10 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
A refundable deposit of £300 is required before keys are forwarded as security against breakages etc.
We would suggest trying www.flymonarch.com and www.bmibaby.com for flights from Birmingham and www.skycars.com and www.doyouspain.com for car hire. Once at the apartment a car is not necessary but it is sometimes advantageous if you want to explore other areas of the Costa del sol.
