Apartment Description
First floor two bedroom, air conditioned and heated apartment, fully fitted luxury kitchen including microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, main bathroom, en suite shower room, dining / lounge with sky TV plus BBC and ITV and DVD, large south facing terrace which overlooks beautiful mature gardens and pool.
The apartment was completely modernised and redecorated in 2003-4.
There are two large communal swimming pools, one is safe for children.
The apartment lies behind a gated entrance which is patrolled by security personnel.
The location is a quiet oasis in the heart of a lively, upmarket, buzzing town.
As well as air conditioning the apartment has heating, which is usually only required in winter evenings.
During winter months the daytime temperature is like a pleasant June/July day in England. During the day it is quite comfortable to wear a short sleeve shirt and a sweater in the evening.
Once entering through the remote controlled electric gates a private road leads to the apartment. Your car can be parked outside the apartment. The only people with access to the complex are residents and guests.
If you do not want to hire a car, a taxi from the airport costs approximately 60 euros (dependant on time). There is also a bus service from the airport to
